At the helm of Compose HR is Luke Watkeys, a seasoned professional with an MA in HR Management and a Chartered Membership with the CIPD. My extensive experience in HR, spanning various sectors, has equipped me with a deep understanding of organisational dynamics and a versatile skill set that enables me to support managers to improve their people management skills in any scenario.

I am known for my practical and personal approach to consulting. I thrive in challenging situations and enjoy coaching managers to help them excel. My involvement in complex and strategic projects includes managing complicated and sensitive employee relations issues, participating in union negotiations, conducting organisational development audits, and developing HR strategy. Those I collaborate with value my engaging style, dedication to clients, and expertise.
